Composite flooring
To preserve the texture, aesthetics, and durability of the wood, our company uses a "thick veneer" of 2 to 3 mm.
Composite flooring uses plywood as the core material and applies a thin veneer of wood on the surface. It does not significantly convey the texture or appearance differences of wood. Plywood is very resistant to changes in heat and humidity, resulting in fewer issues after installation, making it widely used in stores, educational facilities, and multi-family housing. The typical surface thickness is "0.3 to 1mm," but many of our composite floorings use a "thick veneer" with a surface thickness of "2 to 3mm," resulting in a thicker surface layer. Compared to thinner options, it is less prone to cracking, and there is little concern that deeper scratches will expose the underlying plywood.
